Shipping & Returns

We know that you will love our dresses. We feel 100% confident in knowing that you are buying a superior high quality dress. We take great pride in our selection of dresses and the designers who make them.  

PRE-SHIPPING INSPECTION

  1. We have a strong pre-shipping inspection process in place that checks every item including fabrics, seams, zipper, beads and rhinestones. We look for any defects, and we double check the color, size and quantity against the packing list for accuracy.
  2. Our inspection team take great pride in what they do and we want you to feel safe ordering online from us.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

If you want to exchange an item or size, please return your original order and use the store credit that will be emailed to you once your return is processed. Please note: We do NOT allow returns or exchanges for Wedding, Quinceanera, Custom, Jovani or other Designer Special Online Orders or Couture dresses. We process all other returns within 1-3 business days from the date we receive your item back to our returns department; so keep your eye out for the email confirming your return has been issued if you want to use your credit right away.  Please note: we do NOT issue refunds, so if you place a separate order for a different size BEFORE you receive your returned store credit, we will not be able to retroactively apply the store credit to a previous order. Remember, we issue your credit within 1-3 business days of receiving the item back and inspecting the dress to meet return checkmarks, so we will be super fast if you need your new dress very soon!

Want to return your dress? Absolutely.

In the event you do not love your dress, you can ship it back within 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered for an online store credit that never expires. Please note: we do NOT allow returns for Wedding, Quinceanera, Custom, Jovani or other Designer Online Special Orders or Couture dresses. We will gladly accept all other returns of unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise with all tags intact for an online store credit. Our dresses are shipped out in reusable packaging to simplify your return back to us. We do not provide return labels. 

ALL exchanges and or returns must be mailed to the returns department address below. We do not accept exchanges or returns at The Shoppes at Webb Gin store location. Please email customerservice@cinderellasdresses.com the tracking number of your exchange or return dress so that we can keep an eye out for it.

ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR RETAIL STORE

Retail purchases are made with the ability to try on our dresses before you buy. 
Therefore, dresses that have been purchased or special ordered from The Shoppes at Webb Gin retail store cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer return or exchange for all in-store purchases, shoes, wedding, custom, couture or special orders placed in store due to change of mind or change of circumstance. This policy is displayed on your in-store receipt and in our store.

 SHIPPING:

Standard ground shipping takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Dresses are shipped out as soon as possible. Let us know if you need to expedite shipping if your wear date is sooner by contacting us for expedited shipping cost. Dresses that are special ordered, custom or wedding will take a little longer. You are responsible for any expedited shipping charges including additional charges that may be incurred over what the estimated cost shows. We will notify you as soon as possible with availability and tracking shipping information. PLEASE monitor your email address for important information regarding your order. 

LOST PACKAGES: 
 
Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package.  
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. You can submit a claim online for a missing packages through UPS.com or USPS.com and provide your tracking number.  

ALTERATIONS:

Most likely you may need some alterations. If you are between two sizes, it's best to order the largest size so that the dress can be taken in, if needed. Please note that most of the times, you made need to shorten or let out the hem or straps on the dress to get that perfect fit. Each dress has a different size chart, so please make sure to take your bust, waist and hip measurements to get the right size dress.  

APPROVED RETURN, EXCHANGE AND DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE CHECKLIST: 

  • Dress must be in original, re-sellable condition

  • All tags and hanging ribbons must be in intact

  • Dress must show no signs of wear. Please take due care when trying on your dress, as make-up stains, spray tan or dirt on the dress will make a return ineligible

  • Dress must be un-perfurmed and have no odors, cigarette scent or pet hairs

  • Dress must not have been washed or altered in any way.

Items returned that do not meet the above requirements will not be issued a store credit. We will notify all customers who have sent us unqualified return for any of the above checkmarks.  We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if there are any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or intentional damage.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return OR if we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to contact us at customerservice@cinderellasdresses.com and pay a $20 return shipping charge and $25 processing fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

FAULTY ITEM

In the rare event there is a manufacturing defect or problem with your dress, please contact us at customerservice@cinderellasdresses.com within 24 hours of the delivery of your dress to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 24 hours of receiving the item, it cannot qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email for us to address your concern.

In the event with proof that the item is faulty, we offer a return shipping label and once we receive and inspect the item, we offer either a 115% store credit or a replacement item if we have one in stock. If we do not have the same style and size available, we offer a full store credit for the item. The store credit never expires and can be used towards a future purchase.  

  • Returned faulty dress must be in excellent, unworn condition, packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging. When returned for re-inspection, the dress must be in perfect, new, never worn, untampered condition as received at the time of delivery.

In the event due to human error, a wrong size or style is shipped to you, you will be provided with a return label. Please email us at customerservice@cinderellasdresses.com

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER WITH WEDDING, CUSTOM AND COUTURE DRESSES:

Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements that you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Wedding dresses are delicate in fabric and off white or white color can easily get stained. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for any wedding or custom dresses.

Couture Dresses - there are no returns or exchanges as they are manufactured from Europe and overseas in most cases. Please make sure to double check your dress size measurements accurately. European dresses tend to run small, so please watch our dress size video to assist you taking the right measurements for the right size dress.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
